Can I get a refund?

• The one-off Movement Contribution is non-refundable

I need help with my business, how do I pay for Mums & Co offerings?

• You can purchase offerings such as events, Expert sessions and resources using our currency called Tokens

How do Tokens work?

• Tokens are the Mums & Co currency. Each item on our platform has a price e.g Expert Advice costs 30 tokens. 

• You can buy tokens in packages, 15 tokens for $20, 45 tokens for $60 or 60 tokens for $80. 

Is there a free trial?

• Yes. New members can access a 14 Day Trial.

Will I be charged once the 14 Day Trial is over?

• No. We will remind you that your trial is coming to an end and that you will not be able to access Mums & Co offerings once it is over, but we will not automatically charge you.

Do I get access to the free trial if I’m already a member?

• If you have already had a Mums & Co trial or are an existing member you will not be able to access another free trial. You can purchase Tokens to access offerings once you have paid your one off movement contribution.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

• No. There are no lock-in contracts. You can just use the services as you need them.

I’m afraid of bill shock. Is there a chance I might have unexpected fees?

• There are no additional fees. You are in total control and can purchase Tokens as and when you need them.
