Virtual coworking also allows for shorter, intense work periods, like 30 minutes, an hour, or two, designed to foster a productive flow state. Think of it all like interval training, but for your brain!”

Jump on the link at 10am and put your camera on. Lucy will be there to say “hello” and then work can begin. We’ll ask you to drop the name of your task in the chat box, set the timer, and off we go!

Lucy will give you a 20 minute and 10 minute warning, before wrapping up at exactly the 60 minute mark. There are no rules or expectations, just come along, bring your peskiest piece of work and let’s help each other tick that item off our list!
