I’m Laetitia Andrac, an award-winning entrepreneur, international speaker, and podcast host. I’m the bestselling author of Light It: How to Trust Your Intuition and Build a Thriving Business.
With over 15 years of experience in consulting, strategy, and innovation, I’ve worked with industry leaders like Deloitte and Telstra. Inspired by my journey as a neurodivergent parent, I co-founded Understanding Zoe, an AI-driven solution dedicated to supporting caregivers of neurodivergent children. My passion is creating a more neuroinclusive world, where everyone can thrive—whether in their homes, communities, or workplaces.
What will I takeaway?
1. Understanding what is neurodivergence
20% of the global population is neurodivergent, yet many don’t know what it means, or many of us are only now understanding that they may be neurodivergent.
2. Neuroaffirming language and practices
Learn how to recognise and celebrate neurodivergence as a strength. You’ll leave with actionable ways to communicate positively and inclusively with neurodivergent individuals in your life.
3. Asking for and offering accommodations
Neurodivergence looks different for everyone so accommodations exist tailored to each of us. We will discover the practical framework of sensory needs to confidently advocate for accommodations in personal, social, and professional spaces. Understand the value of tailoring environments to meet diverse needs and how small adjustments can create big impacts (e.g. headphones, dimmers for switches, sensory breaks, etc.)
